About This Mama

I'm a married mom of four beautiful kids who likes to write every once in awhile when I'm not wiping ass, cleaning house, paying bills, working full-time, and trying to hang on to what little sanity I have left. I'm not a parenting expert and lord knows my glass house is big enough to fit a football field, so I'm not about pushing my views on parenting on anyone else. I decided long ago that the "mommy wars" just ain't for me. I'm a big believer in "you do what's right for you and I'll do what's right for me." I do promise to always keep it real because life is messy and those perfectly staged pics on social media might have you thinking that you're the only parent out there struggling along.  Well, I got news for you: you are not alone. We are all just trying to do what's best for our kids and survive this thing called parenthood. So, my fellow survivors, I salute you! Welcome to my life.
